Once you submit your quote request, we typically respond within a few minutes during business hours. From there, we can often book your appointment within the same week, depending on availability.
We ask that small items, breakables, toys, and clutter be picked up before your appointment. Larger furniture (couches, beds, etc.) can often be cleaned under or around.
Dry times vary based on ventilation, weather, and material type, but most carpets dry within 2–4 hours and upholstery within 4–6 hours.
Yes. Our products are non-toxic, safe for pets and children, and leave no harsh chemical residue, perfect for busy households.
Some stains can wick back up as the carpet dries, especially if they originated deeper in the padding. If that happens, just let us know, we’re happy to advise on next steps. Please note that while we do our best, we cannot guarantee the removal of all spots or stains.
