Moisture retention beneath the rug can potentially harm the underlying wood floor. To avoid this, we offer the option to relocate the rug for cleaning to alternative spaces within your home such as a garage, driveway, patio, or tiled surface. If an in-home alternative isn’t available, we also provide the option to transport the rug to our shop for cleaning.
Regrettably, we don’t have a physical storefront for drop-offs. However, we offer a convenient pick-up service for your rug and ensure its safe return once it’s cleaned and completely dry.
